Intel Korea, '2022 Intel Gamer Day'
Intel Korea (CEO Kwon Myung-sook) announced on the 5th that it successfully ended the 2022 Intel Gamer Day event held at COEX, Gangnam-gu, Seoul from August 18 to August 31. The Intel Gamer Day event is the largest promotional event for gamers ever, providing practical benefits to gamers, including PC hardware and game title software.
The 2022 Intel Gamer Day event is a gaming PC purchasing promotion in collaboration with retailers and manufacturers from 27 countries around the world in August. In Korea, G-Market, an online retail company, participated as a partner. In addition, a total of 43 partners, including nine PC manufacturers, as well as game developers such as Craepon, Pearl Abyss, and Blizzard, participated in the event.
In particular, G-Market targets gaming notebooks of manufacturers such as HP, Lenovo, Asus, Dell, Gigabyte, MSI, ACER, etc. Up to 30% discount was sold. G-Market sold a total of 362 gaming laptops for an hour of promotion and recorded 430,000 viewers. G-Market announced that it recorded a 30% increase in PC sales compared to the same period last year (August 22-31), based on the high interest of gamers on the 2022 Intel Gamer Day. The Gmarket promotion will be held until September 6 (Tue).

Intel Korea provided Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 title on a first-come, first-served basis for buyers of 2022 Intel Gamer Day. In addition, two in-game coupons, including PUBG Zicoin Random Box and Black Desert X Intel, were provided for the laptop model buyers. In addition, a total of 14 species of 12th generation Intel® Core ™ processor gaming laptops and desktops launched by nine PC manufacturers have provided the opportunity for consumers to experience gaming performance.
