There are currently no plans to publish Halo 5 for the PC
The Cloud Gaming Service Nvidia GeForce Now Leaks recently some very interesting games, including remakes to Final Fantasy IX, Resident Evil 4, and a RTX Remake to Bioshock. Halo 5 was also on this list. With the popularity of the Master-Chief Collection and other halo titles on Steam, a publication of Halo 5 for the PC would definitely make sense.
Unfortunately, the community director of 343 Industries, Brian Jarrard, now confirmed on Twitter that there are currently no plans for a PC release of the title:
Maybe that was for 'H5: Forge', but I can confirm that there are no plans to bring H5 to the PC. We know that there is some demand for this, but as we already mentioned there are there There are currently no plans, as the studio is completely focused on Infinite and MCC. I will never never say, but at the moment there is not worked here.
Halo 5 for the PC is at least no priority for 343 industries, but maybe the developers will pursue after the publication of Halo Infinite's demand of the fans. Until then, Halo enthusiasts with Halo Infinite will hopefully have a lot of fun. Incidentally, for the free-to-play multiplayer mode of the title, another test for Halo insiders will take place. More specifically on September 24th.
Here, players can try the improved bots, a new training mode, and a new card and additional game modes for the arena PVP. The correct publication of Halo Infinitne will take place on 8 December 2021 for the PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X | S.
