Resident Evil 2 voted by metacritic users at the best game of 2019

The survival horror game was apparently loved.

2019 was a great year for games. There was a pretty constant stream of video game publications with a mix of remakes, new IPs, and the expected return of at least one legendary action series The devil could cry, if you did not know it). And interestingly, critics and fans seem to be very synchronous in their love for a certain horror title this year.

Resident Evil 2 came out at the beginning of the last year, and there is a lot that even now, when we started 2020, Metacritic has enough impression to choose it as the best game of 2019. It was also on average at 91, the highest score of the list next to it Disco Elysium , also an average of 91, which was on 11th place. The complete list can be found here.

The game was probably my personal favorite game from last year, and there is much hope for the upcoming resident evil 3 remake in the same direction. You can also view here what the same users have submitted for the game of the entire decade.
